FLEXIBLE BILLING PAYMENT OPTIONS

ACCOUNT BILL OPTION allows you to combine two or more Personal or Commercial policies on one account for billing purposes with the same pay plan. One bill will be produced for all policies on the account. Click here for more information or to complete the on-line form.

Benefits include:
  • Only a single installment charge is billed, regardless of the number of policies on your account.
  • With just a single bill to pay, you save on check writing costs and postage. More important, you spend less time paying bills.
NOTE: All open invoices must be paid before your policies can be set up on account bill.

CREDIT CARD OPTION gives you the ability to make payments using a credit or debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo. You can pay your installment or pay in full. Click here to pay your premium by credit card.

ELECTRONIC CHECK (eCheck) OPTION allows you to pay your bill directly from your checking or savings account. You can pay your installment or pay in full. For information on charges relating to EFT check with your agent. Click here to pay your premium by eCheck.

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) OPTION lets you authorize your bank or financial institution to automatically deduct your installment premiums from either your checking or savings account. Click here for more information or to complete the on-line form.

Benefits include:
  • You save on check writing cost and postage, because you don't have to mail your payment. This also eliminates risk of late payment and the potential cancellation of your account.
  • You can switch back to payment by mail at any time by notifying us.
NOTE: Your account will be set up on EFT upon request. Your first withdrawal will NOT begin if there is a payment due. Once payment has been processed your next installment will be withdrawn EFT.

OUR VOICE RESPONSE UNIT OPTION (VRU) lets you access our billing system 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to inquire on payment information, your account status, unpaid balance information, or you can leave us a message if you are calling after normal business hours.
