Jeffrey Miller was recently appointed Business Services Operations Manager for Preferred Mutual Insurance Company. As Manager for Business Services Operations, he oversees the Business Services Unit’s overall performance, with a focus on the areas that support the company’s Underwriting prerequisites which include Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Rating, Inspections, and Cancellations. Prior to his new appointment, Miller was Business Services Unit Manager for the company.
Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Binghamton University and holds Six Sigma Green Belt (AIG) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CIOP) designations.
