Preferred Mutual Insurance Company is one of the region’s oldest and largest employers with more than 300 dedicated employees. Considering today’s workforce, it is quite special for a company to retain its staff for 10, 20, 30, or 40 years. “We are proud of our long-tenured employees and their commitment to the growth and success of Preferred Mutual,” shared Pauline Ashworth, Executive Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer. “We thank them for their insight and leadership throughout the years. They have helped us to build a strong organization and culture,” Ashworth added.
Employees who have been with Preferred Mutual for five, ten, twenty, twenty-five, thirty, thirty-five, and forty years were acknowledged at the annual company picnic. Throughout the remainder of the year, Length of Service recipients will have opportunities to enjoy other celebratory gatherings.
